I am giving this four stars simple because of the taste. It taste like
tar or coffee that has been boiled down to a very thick paste. You put a
pea size amount of this in a glass of water and let it dissolve only it
took forever to dissolve (about 5 minutes) Shortly after I drank it I
did feel like I had more energy and that night I did sleep better. I'm
not sure if putting some kind of sweetener in it like honey would help
the taste or not, I have not tried that yet.
