These compression socks are well made as far as socks go but for me they were way to large in the foot and I wear a size 11 woman's. Then in the calf of my leg they were way to tight. I went by the size chart which says that a woman's should be a large for a 10.5 or larger but I was having to fold the toe over by a good half inch. Then the top band was digging into my skin. I have fat legs so that might have had something to do with them being tight.
I would say that if you want to buy these socks then buy a size smaller than what you would normally wear.
Would I recommend this to a friend? Maybe, depending on the size of the person
