These kneeing pads are everything they say they are. But I would have preferred them to be wider than what they are, I have large feet and if I am outside working in the car port I was a pad to stand on so that I am not standing right on the concrete. My other issue with these pads is the placement of the handle. It is right where your knee or foot would be. Thus it makes for 3 1/2 inches of wasted mat. I would have rater the handle part be along the long side so that if you are kneeling then the open space is between your knees. The other thing is they could have left the cut out part in the pad so you would have a choice to leave it in or remove it.
On the positive, these are 1 inch thick, they foam is really strong and comfortable. They are a lot better quality than I see in most stores. I really would recommend them as long as you don't mind where the cut out is.
