I really love all the different setting on this shower head from a light rain to a heavy stream that is great for the aches and pains. You can either screw it right onto your shower or you can put on the quick change adapter and use that so if you ever have to replace your shower head again you can just snap it of and click on the new one. The quick change adapter also allows you to remove the shower head for easy cleaning. It can be a pain to try and wrap plumbers tape around the threads of the pipe every time you change the shower head but with the snap on design it is easy. On some shower heads the control to change the settings turns 360 degrees but with this one the lever turn back and forth. You can not turn it all the way around. This is good so if you know your favorite setting is 3 clicks from the left you can find it quickly. The shower head is really heavy, not made of cheap materials. It is good quality and will last a really long time. You can not go wrong with this show head. It will last you a really long time. The only thing with this shower head it it takes a little pressure to move the lever to change the setting, but this will ensure that it does not slip out of place while you are showing.
